How a contribution becomes a public count
- One voluntary Calibration share is one contributed snapshot, not one person. The system stores no participant identifier, so repeat contributions cannot be deduplicated into a people count.
- A raw record remains individually deletable during its retention window. Only after it expires can its categories be added to all-time count buckets; its contribution ID, deletion credential and timestamps do not enter those buckets.
- A dimension is published only when at least 100 eligible snapshots exist overall and every mutually exclusive, exhaustive category in that dimension has at least 20. One sparse or missing category suppresses the entire dimension.
- Rich2Fire publishes no filters, cross-tabs, date comparisons or small subgroups. These descriptive patterns cannot show causation, population prevalence or whether Calibration improves outcomes.
